Reiki was one of those things which was meant to happen in my life. Vanessa, a holistic therapist who also did reiki on me strongly suggested I should learn reiki. That is how it started. Often I would walk in super stressed and sometimes drained and walk out after a reiki session energetically recharged and very calm and remain this way for about a week.
Learning reiki with Rita was mind blowing! I have reached Reiki 2 level and I hardly recognize myself. Reiki and Bach remedies work hand in hand for anyone on the path of finding and living their truth. Rita is truly my lamppost shining light to guide me especially when I was faced with challenges (thrown my way to help me grow).
