Rita incorporates essential oils with her Reiki and Reflexology sessions. The healing is enhanced and is more direct on the areas which need healing. Rita uses the sense of smell together with touch with essential oils.

 

Rita will show you how to choose the right essential oils according to your needs and conditions. Then she will guide you how to apply them on body, smelling them or burning them. All carry their different healing properties. It is an exciting journey of self healing.
