I have over 30 years experience in the Corporate world that started from the lower grades to managerial level. I know how it feels to be stressed at work. Employees from the top levels to the lower grades experience stress. Apart from injuries at work, stress counts for the major slowing down of work resulting in absence from work and demotivation.
 
I deliver both live and online Programmes to Company’s staff from managers to workers, on their physical and mental wellbeing. The ''Company who Cares'' Programme is spread over 4 weeks. We coach, inspire and motivate staff. We assist staff to find passion in their work and reduce stress. I combine coaching with practicals such as meditation, breathe work, visualizations and other calming techniques.
 
I have vast experience in treating stress. I create programmes of practical awareness on holistic therapies. Natural remedies are both proactive and preserve wellbeing and good health. I give guidelines on coping skills and eliminate stress in the workplace. I show that physical fatigue and mental stress is the main factor of many health conditions.
